Phase I: You tell us your top executive recruitment needs and together we define the details of the interim management assignment or the permanent position for which you search an interim manager or a top executive. We establish the ideal profile for the above position (interim management or permanent executive recruitment)
Phase II: We search the perfect top executive or interim manager for you
Our executive recruiting services identify, search and pre-select a selection of suitable manager profiles from our top executive pool.
We run internal interviews with pre-selected top executives and check their availability and motivation
You receive a selection of the best manager profiles with CVs & their individual pitches for the interim manager or the permanent top executive position
The search begins with full mobilization of AIR Global ES ' resources (senior researchers, databases, documentation…)
The creation of a detailed list of target companies and candidates. Interview with targeted applicants who have expressed interest in the position. Selection of a shortlist comprised of 3 to 4 candidates.
The drafting of a detailed report for each candidate, with a clear conclusion as to the match relevancy between the candidate’s profile and the position offered.
Phase III: Interviews and final selection of the candidate for the permanent Top Executive position or the interim manager
Based on our executive recruitment service accomplished in Phase I & Phase II, you select the top executive or interim manager you would like to meet and we organize interviews with the selected candidates and yourself
You choose the manager you wish to recruit. For an interim management assignment: you sign the service contract with AIR Globales Executive Search. For a permanent position: you negotiate the employment contract directly with the Top Executive candidate and you pay the recruitment fee to AIR Global Executive Search.
Phase III occurs during weeks 8-12 and depend on your reactivity and availability to attend the executive interviews we’ll help setup.
Phase IV: The selected Top Executive starts as a permanent position or an Interim Manager
Your selected Top Executive from our executive recruiting services starts the new position in the targeted country
We monitor the progress of the assignment on a bi-monthly basis (Interim management only)
You can turn the interim management assignment into a permanent position at any time
Phase IV occurs during weeks 8-12.
